Bathing Ritual suggestions: light your favorite candle, put on your favorite relaxing music, and drink a tall glass of water before bathing.

SUGGESTED USE: Add up to 1/2 cup into warm bath water. Swirl the salts to disperse the oils. Enter this magical bath and begin your bathing ritual. For a steamy aromatic shower, sprinkle Forest Bath over the floor of your shower and bathe as usual. The vapors will disperse into the steam. Breathe deeply. We recommend drinking a full glass of filtered water before, during, and after your bathing ritual.
